职责描述：1.Responsible production lines in MSE2 running without problems; 负责生产线的设备平稳运行；2.Support MSE2 production and ICT Testing team to do improvements；支持部门生产和测试团队作改善和提升；3.Responsible improvements downtime and OEE of equipment；负责改善设备故障的停机时间和利用率；4.Support to analysis ICT/Flash failure products; 支持对ICT及烧录不良品进行分析；5.Reach QCD（Quality, Cost, Delivery）targets, by continuous improvement；确保QCD到达目标和持续改善。任职要求：?Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics or equivalent Engineering; 本科或以上学历，电子或相关专业；?Knowledge of digital and analog circuits; 熟悉数字电路,模拟电路相关知识?Knowledge of computer program language, like as Python, Java, C++ etc; 熟悉电脑编程语言，例如Python，Java，C++等?Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit; 积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神?English written and verbal; 英语听说读写流利?Willingness to work and interact in MSE2 teams；积极融入并在MSE2的团队中发挥作用
