职责描述：1.确保生产中测试设备的稳定运行2.通过持续改进，达到质量、成本、交付目标3.支持和实施BPS4.确保更好的TPM工作职责：?Focusing on continuous downtime reduction, improvements on equipment technical available, OEE, …?Create work instruction, process data sheet, standardized work sheets for production and maintenance as well as other production or process related documents.?ASM or CM402，CM602 & NPM trouble shooting competency & down time improvement with systematic ways (L/L, regular training, competency evaluation, etc…)?Training of technicians and operators upon request by production management or according to RBAC/MG-trainings plan.?BPS activity (TPM standardization, visualization, implementation, CIP …)?Prevent Batch failure?Efficient management of equipment spare parts and resources?Professional problem solving method(PSS) for equipment/TPM problems?Influence SMD other team member’s work attitude and behavior?Other tasks from supervisor 任职要求：1.本科及以上学历2.至少有五年机械、电子类的工作的相关经验3.有良好的问题解决能力4.基本的英语读写、沟通能力5.具有良好的责任心、主动性和学习能力，能够良好地沟通与合作。
