Welcome to Bosch.Job Description： * Support new process or equipment development and validation, series production control and related personnel training. 支持新工艺或设备的开发及验证，批量生产监控及有关人员的培训 * Support new poject introduction, includes trial run tracing, trouble shooting and series production ramp up and maintenance. 支持新项目导入，包含试生产追踪，问题解决和量产爬坡及维护 * ?Solve current assembly process problem with systematic methodology to improve quality KPIs. E.g. 8D, KT, 5Why, or Fish bone. 用8D, KT, 5Why, 或Fish bone系统方法解决当前的质量指标（0 KM, IDC,N-IDC，QPI） * Optimize current assembly process to improve CT, IDC and FPY优化现有工艺流程来降低节拍时间，内部质量成本及提高一次通过率 * Internal and external customer complain handling, focus on root cause analysis, corrective action and prvention action implementation 内外部客户质量投诉的处理，关注在根本原因的分析及改善措施的实施 * Continuous improvement project to achieve cost down. 推行持续改善项目以降低成本 * Related documents preparation, includes Flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan, QAM, Partlist, WI and record sheet. 相关文件的准备，包括流程图，PFMEA, 控制计划，防火墙，零件清单，作业指导书及有关记录表格等 * Train and coach process technician for competence development 培训指导工艺技术员以发展有关技术技能 * Communication with International production network to exchange and learn best practices to support continues improvement work 通过国际生产网络进行经验分享和交流以不断实施改善活动 * Other tasks assigned by superior. / 上级安排的其他工作任务。Qulifications： * Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related Engineering Degree. 本科，机械，电气及自动化或工程相关专业毕业 * At least 5 years working experience 至少5年工作经验 * At least 3 years experience in assembly process? 至少3年装配行业经验 * Familiar with automatic / manual automotive product assembly process熟悉汽车行业自动/手动装配工艺 * Be familiar with PFMEA, Control Plan, and other production documents.熟悉FMEA,控制计划及其它生产工艺文件的制作 * Basic skill of Auto-CAD and Microsoft office.掌握Auto-CAD机械制图软件及Microsoft办公软件 * Basic Project management knowledge掌握基本的项目管理知识 * Good competence of problem solving methodology, such as 8D, PSS, fishbone, 2x5why专长于应用系统性问题解决方法，例如8D，PSS问题解决表，鱼骨图，2x5why等
