- Based on sample orders from project engineers, check the SAP material status and filter different material category.

- Request for quotation via purchasing and release PR, ensure the delivery time meet the request date.

- Summarize and report for platform sample’s material ordering and tracking status.

- Work with logistic department for custom clearance, ensure goods receipt and invoice complete in time.

- Find solutions for shortage material, search in other BOSCH locations, escalate to customer BU for priority…

- Prepare EWAK material list for next week’s sample production preparation in weekly base.

- Sample shop KPI report and cost controlling, BP/ CF, MAE/EWAK, controllable budget planning.
