Welcome to Bosch.Job Description： * Responsible for indirect associates’ competence management (Focusing on lean manufacturing related competence) * Analysis competency requirement for indirect associates of each department * Training course & trainer development and management * Analysis and report training data(training arrangement, participants,result data) * Maintain and improve internal training / learning / sharing system * To be qualified as internal trainer & conduct the trainings according to needs * Lead or coach continue improvement projects in manufacturing area and related supportive area * Support academy management for competence development within division CN plantsQulifications： * Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, etc. * At least 3 years’ experience in Lean Production, Industry Engineering, Industry 4.0 ?and Continuous Improvement, etc. * Trainer experience * Lean production know-how is a plus * Strong communication skill * Good team work skill * Experience/ knowhow of CIP projects in production area
