Welcome to Bosch.Job Description： * Be responsible for? manufacturing processes and process parameters of assembly line. * Be responsible for PFMEA, controal plan, flow chart and SC/CC etc. * Monitor, develop and improve existing processes.? * Capability studies for manufacturing equipment. * Process change according to the company’s guidelines * Be familiar with SPC Quality tools? * Requisition orders for purchasing or service for method needs; * Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality?system through appropriate quality tools; * Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels; * Continuously compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment * Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity * Use of quality tools in daily works ( Poka-Yoke, PDCA,? 8D-Report )Qulifications： * Bachelor or above * 3 years experience for automotive industryHigh automation and high tech. Automtive industry * Goode electrical and mechanical background * Experience of Press/staking, Torque wrench * Good English Communication
