Job Description：
Optimize the data collection process and improve the efficiency in the current department data systemOptimize the meeting structure and improve the communication effectivenessSpecify and the competence requirements for all engineers and shop floor leaders, design the specific training and coaching program to improve the engineer and shop floor leader competenceDesign the CIP projects including engineer problem solving development, muti-skill development, changeover improvement, shop floor positive leadership, quality and cost sensitivity enhancement, etc.Collect and initiate new CIP projects, active involvement in CIP projects, monitor and track CIP projects statusDrive the indirect process effectiveness and efficiency improvement projects, including fix assets ordering and releasing process, WIP (work in process) inventory management and reduction process, etc.Lead value stream focus improvement projects, including the layout optimization, RPP projects, material flow and tracebality improvement, etc.Other tasks assigned by superior.
Qulifications：
Bachelor degree or above, project management, production managementAt least 8 years working experience in manufacturing areaGood communication and presentation skillProject management skillBe able to operate independently and to be pro-activeGood English Commnunication
