Job Description

?Generate weekly/monthly FOR report, analysis of key-fgures and trigger PSS/8D or Q-project for process ownerContinuous improvement; maintenance the quality assurance matrix (QAM)Daily follow up & analysis of quality data, introduce contrainment actions using the point CIP as well to follow up the corrective & preventative actionsFollow up implemented measures in 8D-report, FMEA, AQI, MQP and othersTracking and verifying block/unblock parts/process, sorting effectiveness & sorting resultsIssue and track concessions and manage batch release in manufacturingSetup and regularly review of EWS in individuell PTDefine the visual inspection criteria and develop the inspector"s competence and update the failure categoryIntensive communication with lead plant to ensure up-to-date knowledge of FOR-deviations, raw material deficiencles process improvements and other qulity related issuesPlan and provide qaulity related training for the shopfloor associates

Qualifications

?Bachelor in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering3 year in quality assuranceSound knowledge of quality methods, Basic production methods, office software, and cooperative spirit.
