-Customer Project Manager responsible for achieving project objectives and targets mainly focusing on customer project development phase
-As Project Contact interface to customer
-Defining project team structure and leading cross-function project team
-Achieving project objectives and targets (time, cost, spec, budget and profit, scope, quality, procurement) incl. escalation if project target is jeopardized.
-Sample coordination during project development phase (technical version, ordering and tracking)
-Initiation of product releases
-Product change management activities (incl. explanation of changes between customers and internal project team)
-Coordinate launch management in production plant
-Support Sales managers in SE activities including time managementQualifications

-Bachelor degree or above,
->3 years experience in customer project management or launch management in manufacturing areas
-Customer-oriented mindset, good at communication, collaboration and coordination. Structured thinking, Systematic approach.
-With Supply chain or purchasing background in addition is preferred.
-Electrification or Mechanical background is prefer.Additional Information
