Welcome to Bosch.Job Description： * Lead / coach lean digital innovation projects among the order fulfillment process * Support EDT(Enabling digital transformation) competence build up for enabling lean digital innovation * Support lean assessment and follow-up the CIP in terms of lean maturity development. * To be qualified as internal trainer for lean & EDT topic relative & conduct the trainings * Responsible for lean logistic standards set-up, including coordination of CN plants level lean standard definition and process confirmation w/ CIPQulifications： * Bachelor degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, logistics or Industrial Engineering, etc. * At least 2~3 years’ experience in lean manufacturing, logistic or data analytics related experience in manufacturing operation areas, etc. * Cross functional project management experience is a plus * Lean digital manufacturing experience * Bacis knowhow of statistics and analytics skill with practical experience for data visualization tools, e.g. VBA, Power BI or Python, etc. * Good Project Management skill
