Job Description：

1. Standaridzation implementationCreate and update standard worksheets and line balance chartsPerform quick change-over in production areaMTM analysis for new product type or new production lineTime management by stopwatchContinued create and check standardization work in production area
2. Perform ergonomics check in machine design and release phaseBetter solutions provided for station design from ergo point of viewRegular ergocheck for existing equipment and optimization for failed stationWork station and environment optimization for operator
3. CIP project promoted in shopfloor Leading CIP project like Cycle time reduction, H/C reduction in shopfloor areaContinuously improve line balance rate for production line
4. SAP rouing maintenanceRouting maintenance for P/N ( work center, ROS mainenance)VT, TEB calculation and planning based on business
5. Layout design and planningDaily Shop floor layout mangament Shop floor layout and space planning for the future
6.BPS (Bosch Production System) maturity improvement with digital solution
7.Accept the assignment from team leader/supervisor/Hod

Qulifications：
Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering5+ years Industrial Engineering working experience in manufacturing companyFamiliar with Industrial Engineering theory and method (PDCA, ECRS, MTM, Time Study………)Working experience regarding standarization in manufacturing areaSkilled in CIP project process ( Quick change over, cycle time reduction, line balance rate improvement, productivity improvement) Experience of layout planning for shop floor and skilled in CAD softwareGood communication skills
