Welcome to Bosch.Job Description：Be responsible for plant controlling for the following tasks: * Prepare of BP, MBR, CF, yearend closing; Analysis, plausibility check and verbal comments for MAT and logistics cost related figures * Analysis for plan/actual/target variances for plant KPIs * Plant costing (PPC calculation, overhead controlling) and lead types controlling * Plant related measures, PDCA tracking, recommendation for management proposals * Preparation of Risk and Opportunity analysis and statements * Project calculation (EVOB, investment calculation, make or buy etc.) * Budgeting and controlling of MOE cost centers * Analysis for plan/actual/target for MAT/ logistics KPIs. * MAT variance tracking and analysis * Interface to CP/PUC regarding MAT topics * MAT master data * Controlling process improvement and digitalizationQulifications： * Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or a related field * 3 years related working experience in an MNC company * Excel skill and ERP experience * Good interpersonal and communication skills
