Job Description：
Develop UX design and interaction concepts for XC products (ADAS and Automated Driving ECU, Cluster, Infotainment HU etc)Provide UX research as well as benchmark analysis of competitor products as service to BUs and marketing teamResponsible for supporting development teams to check the User Experience relevance of new projectsCoach development teams how to conduct UX activities (Question Zero, Stakeholder Map, User Research, Prototyping, Testing etc)Support innovation development and innovation management activities in XC-CNDeep dive on the market requirement/technology trend and provide innovative inputs to improve our product
Qulifications：
Major in Design, e.g. Industrial design, Product design, Interaction design, User experience design, psychology major with user experience directionRelevant working experience: Bachelor > 5 years, Master degree > 3 years, better to have design experience in automotive productFamiliar with UX design process, tools and the design thinking methodologyGood communication and influencing skills and innovation mindsetGood oral and written English, capable to co-work with global colleaguesHave driving license, good passion about automotive industry and its productGood oral and written English, capable to co-work with global colleaguesUI design experience is a plusPsychology background is a plus
