Job SummaryBe responsible for managing of quality tools e.g. FMEA, quality gate and control plan according to work plan or event-orientated to achieve the international and Bosch quality standards. RBAC (short for Bosch Suzhou) quality system coordinator, maintain sustainable quality management systemDepartment digital transformation coordinatorType approval expert, e.g. CCC and E1
Job ResponsibilitiesPerforming QG, control plan and FMEA moderation for the defined area (e.g, New project, New location,. etc.) regularly based on the annual planning.Quality tools maturity assessmentPrepare the report of FMEA, QG, control plan moderation management.Train the related people with the quality knowledge (e.g., FMEA, QG).If necessary, take part in the external audit as an expert on FMEA and QG topics(e.g. customer audit RBAC’s process)Assessment of regulations from external and internal to keep maintain the sustainable quality management system procedurePlant type approval expert, ensure certificate from KBA and CCCRegular update the RBAC quality procedureCarry out the process audit before the new project released (e.g. PPAP, APQP).Coordinate the related departments for making correction/preventive actions to improve the process and make it more capable and consistent.Follow up the improvement action verification.Lead digital transformation CIP projects in departmentOther tasks assigned by the manager.
Qulifications：
Bachelor or diploma in Engineering or relatedISO/TS16949 or IATF16949 quality management experience in production field5 years working experience in Quality or related field,Good in MS Office software e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. Power BI, SPSS, Python knowledge are preferred.English skill in written and oral
