-????????? Lead (difficult) problem solving within Parking Engineering. Topics covers all engineering domains, Vehicle level, SYS, SW, Test, Application, HW,etc…
-????????? Moderate and guide the development team to find out the root cause with problem solving approach.
-????????? Coach/Train associates via on the job problem solving.
-????????? Bring up Problem solving mindset to management team.
-????????? Instructing PS team leaders, team members and manager with methodological knowledge
-????????? Working closely with Quality department on the internal PS requirement.
-????????? Good at moderating, convincing, guiding people by problem solving method. Not guiding by technical things.
-????????? Can work under extreme pressure. Especially during Task-Force time.Qualifications
1.????? Have the bachelor master degree on electrical science or automation area;
2.????? 5 or above years’ experience in Problem solving plus technical expertise;
3.????? A solid basis of problem solving knowledge;
4.????? Proven 5+ successful complex problem solving cases…. Covers different engineering domains.
5.????? Enthusiasm in understanding technical contents, and can-do attitude;
6.????? Experience from an operational work (development, production, QM, etc..)
7.????? Expertise in at least one (problem solving) methodology;
8.????? Moderation experience and good social skills;Additional Information
