·? Coordinate customer requests, check and agree customer specification, compile internal specification/performance specification.
·? Organize motor sample ordering, preparation, support sample building.
·? Compile test plan/matrix for platform and application project.
·? Implement DV/PV test and compile test report.
·? Detect & verify risk/problem.
·? Lead problem solving activities until conclusion.
·? Manage technical risks until conclusion.
·? Support new drive system design for customers; propose and verify system solutions from existing or modified products.
·? Development of product design of motors under consideration of the CD guidelines and component production methods
·? Participate in design review and problem solving for comments with advice.
·? Cooperate and coordinate with internal and external partners, such as RBIN, ED/TCC, NBoP, CR/RTC2-AP, suppliers, …)
·? Communicate with international OEM customers (incl. EU, India, Japan…)
·? Contribution in RPP and quality improvement projects.
·? Satisfy and coordinate development according to Product Engineering process (PEP).Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering & above
At least 5years motor design or application experience.
Brushless Motor Drive (EC motors/PMS Motors/BLDC Motors).
