Improve value stream Business with system CIP approach
Develop the standard of BPS elements and organize the specific training in shopfloor, incl. production control, leveling and Kanban Loop, daily management ect
Monitor execution of BPS elements via process confirmation, and coach shopfloor leader understand standard and self-improvement
Improve Shopfloor involvement activies via participate line walk and sharing in monthly production meeting
As Key user to coordinate and maintain I4.0 system (Active Cockpit, IMS, Dynamic supermarket, T-Kanban, Packaging Call material, PouP, Participation, WIP and etc)
Coordinate layout optimization projects in shopfloor
Support material floor organization between DBC and FA, between logistics
Purchase the small tools in shopfloor, such trolley, tray, supermarket and cabinet etc.
